The theme for this year’s summit is: “Flourishing in a challenging world”. Attendees can look forward to practical workshops and networking opportunities, delicious plant-based meals; presentations from Australian medical and health professionals; and powerful personal stories and evidence-based strategies. A workshop by Cedarvale Health & Lifestyle Retreat will showcase evidence-based natural remedies.

Dr Geraldine Przybylko, SPD health strategy leader and executive director of ELIA Wellness, said the summit is designed for health enthusiasts, lifestyle medicine advocates and professionals who want to learn, recharge and make a difference.
“The ELIA Wellness Summit will draw on the expertise of leading Australian and international medical and health professionals who will present the science and stories needed to thrive in this busy world,” she said.
Participants will learn how lifestyle medicine strategies can support healthy ageing and reduce the risk of chronic disease. The summit will also explore tools for positive behaviour change, highlight the spiritual dimension of wellbeing, and share inspiring stories from ELIA Partners and Wellness Hubs making a difference in their communities.
