Morobe Mission of the Seventh-day Adventist Church (Papua New Guinea) held a stewardship revival meeting in West Taraka, Lae, on December 21, 2019, which resulted in seven baptisms.

Conducted by mission stewardship director Pastor Kennedy Wai, the meetings were held in light of the “Papua New Guinea for Christ” evangelistic campaign taking place in May, 2020.

Following the meetings, Pastor Wai baptised the candidates before everyone in attendance joined hands for the Lord’s Supper.

The newly-baptised members and other attendees expressed interest to be involved in achieving the goal of baptising 100,000 people during the upcoming evangelistic campaign.
