Adventist schools and staff houses are among the casualties of the destructive cyclone.
Vulnerable residents are being taken to Sarakata Adventist Church, which has been established by ADRA as an evacuation centre.
Operations in Papua New Guinea will cease until at least June 1.
Plans are in place to build new classrooms and a staff room at the Adventist school following a record enrolment.
The new courses will allow students to graduate with both a Year 10 or Year 12 certificate, as well as trade skills that will improve their career options.
The students met individuals whose relatives were kidnapped during the 1800s and forced into labour on sugar and cotton plantations.
Samuel George and his family have served in the clinic, located in the middle of dense bushland, for 26 years.
