The day’s speeches encouraged the school’s stakeholders to be committed, supportive and to utilise the facilities for learning, as well as to strive to fulfil the mission of the school and its motto: “Be a beacon for Him”.

Principal Denis John and the staff of Buruku acknowledged the work of former principal Jerrick Runimetu and his team for their involvement in building the new classrooms.

Following the opening ceremony, the guests had an opportunity to tour the new facilities and enjoy some refreshments.

Refreshments were served after the opening ceremony.
