The weekly Mums At The Table TV show, will stop broadcasting on commercial free-to-air television in Australia from July 2021. The change is in line with Mums At The Table’s strategic goal of connecting with an increasingly digitally-focused audience through partnering with local Adventist churches.
Louise and Leslie have at least 10 families from the community attending their playgroup every week.
“As Christians, it’s our duty to respond to cries for help and, with these mums, it’s in the simplest way possible: Being a friend,” says Melody Tan, project manager of Mums At The Table.
With so many people stuck at home, many mums in the community are feeling the need to connect.

The Mums At The Table ministry has created an ingenious way to help those having difficulties buying everyday essentials, all from the comfort of a computer screen.
Due to a lack of donor funding, the Adventist Media-produced magazine will cease publication with the April/May 2020 issue. Other aspects of the multimedia ministry have not been affected by the decision.
The new-style show has coincided with the re-launch of the Mums At The Table magazine, which is now available once every two months to paid subscribers.
The “phenomenal success” of Mums At The Table magazine has resulted in the introduction of a subsidised annual subscription fee ($A15 for six issues).
