With a strong focus on helping little ones on their spiritual journey, Kellyville Adventist Church in Sydney (NSW) recently held a dedication day for families to commit to raising their children in partnership with God and the church community.
Nine families brought 13 children to God in the ceremony of dedication led by Kellyville Church intern pastors Aubree Harrington and Josh Carnie. It was a record number of children for the church to be dedicated on one occasion.
“It was such a wonderful opportunity to bring our children to Jesus in a very special moment. And to have so many at once made it extra special,” said children’s ministries director Zan Long.
“Our church community loves the energy, excitement and fun that children bring. Dedication is another important facet of our emphasis on intergenerational worship and community,” she added.
