After giving birth to her first child during COVID-19 lockdowns, Breane felt inspired to help other women facing the challenges of motherhood in isolation. With the support of Mums At The Table, she's been running a ministry dedicated to mums in the community and providing a safe place for them.
Louise and Leslie have at least 10 families from the community attending their playgroup every week.
"As Christians, it's our duty to respond to cries for help and, with these mums, it's in the simplest way possible: Being a friend," says Melody Tan, project manager of Mums At The Table.
