A team of eight volunteers from Tasmania travelled to Madang Manus Mission (PNG) in June to help construct new classrooms and support a 10-night evangelistic program, resulting in baptisms and additional decisions for baptism.
A week-long evangelistic program held at Kerevat National School of Excellence in East New Britain concluded with 11 student baptisms and increased interest in the Adventist message among staff and students.
The results were attributed to the groundwork done by local church members using Discipleship Empowerment Training (DET) materials.
