Two students from Wahroonga Adventist School were among the 24 attending the High School Captains Dinner at the New South Wales (NSW) Parliament House on June 10.

Hosted by State Member for Ku-ring-gai Alister Henskens, the event celebrated and acknowledged the role these young leaders play within their school communities.

Before the dinner, Mr Henskens took the students on a tour of Parliament House, who saw a surprise appearance by the NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian.

Closing the event, Mr Henskens thanked the young leaders for the time and effort they put into leading their schools, “which are some of the finest in our state,” he said. “It was a great night with no shortage of conversation,” he added.
