Adventist awarded SA Taxi Driver of the Year
Mr Welch, who has worked as a taxi driver for the past 22 years, stood out from the 4000 taxi drivers in the state due to his exceptional service, also being recognised for bringing wheelchair accessible taxis to Adelaide Hills.
