Thirty-six children under the age of 10 were immunised against polio after Sabbath service at the 15-Mile Seventh-day Adventist Church in Bisiatabu District, Port Moresby.
The monthly initiative, organised by the Christchurch Multicultural Filipino Seventh-day Adventist Church in partnership with ADRA, focuses on activities promoting holistic well-being through lectures, interactive activities and community-building events.
The symposium challenged participants to see beyond boundaries of culture, race, gender and religion, and to embrace the call to make disciples of every nation, tribe and people. Students engaged in worship, prayer and interactive sessions that equipped them with practical tools for ministry.
