On October 26, the atmosphere at Mountain View Adventist College was electric, as more than 300 attendees representing Adventurer clubs from all over Greater Sydney Conference (GSC) united in song, prayer, and celebration.

“Rally days are more than gatherings—they’re reunions that ignite our spirit of togetherness and welcome new friendships,” said Pastor Dejan Stojkovic, GSC Youth director. “For our Adventurers, these are treasured moments to celebrate Jesus and strengthen the family of the GSC. With so many clubs coming together, the spirit of unity and love for our mission was felt by everyone there.”

Pastor Moses Depaz, GSC associate youth director, shared an object lesson on the importance of immersing oneself in God’s Good Work, reminding the Adventurers of their purpose and calling.

Clubs representing churches such as Hoxton Park, Mount Druitt Multicultural, Sydney Indonesian Fellowship, New Hope and more took part in the program, leading in elements such as song service, the pledge and law, prayer and flag presentations.

Three graduates of the ALA program were recognised, an Adventurer leadership program designed to equip and train Adventurer leaders to administer clubs.

“Adventurer clubs are a cornerstone of Adventist youth ministry, thriving thanks to the commitment of dedicated volunteers. Many clubs rely on the efforts of a few passionate staff members, and we believe that together, we can grow this support to reach even more children and families in our churches and communities,” said Pastor Stojkovic.

“Every contribution—big or small—creates a lasting impact on our young Adventurers. We invite you to join us in any way you can to support the growth of Adventurer clubs across the Greater Sydney Conference. If your church has children with no Adventurer club, we invite you to join this incredible journey with us,” said Pastor Stojkovic. “Let’s work together to bring an Adventurer club to your church family. Let’s continue building a legacy of faith, joy, and togetherness for generations to come.”
