Adventist Record is conducting a reader survey to better understand how to serve South Pacific Division (SPD) church members in an ever-changing media landscape.

“It’s a long time since we’ve done a reader survey,” said senior editor Jarrod Stackelroth. “We need to continue to be good stewards of what God has entrusted this and the survey will help inform us on how to do this in the next few years.”

Accountability and reporting back to the South Pacific Division on how members are using and engaging with the Adventist Record brand are some of the reasons Mr Stackelroth gave for why the survey was necessary.

“The media landscape continues to change,” he said. “Recently we’ve seen an upsurge in things like AI, and social media continues to grow. However, the printed page is still important to us. We want to measure exactly where our people are at, both with adopting the new platforms and how to improve the more traditional mediums we offer.”

The survey can be completed here and will appear in the July 20 printed issue for those who prefer to complete it on paper.
