Macarthur Adventist College (Sydney, NSW) held a special Anzac ceremony on May 1.

Chantelle Manoe, who coordinated the event, explained that the student leaders did a tremendous job in rallying the entire school together, providing music and songs, and setting an atmosphere that honoured Australia’s soldiers past and present. The speaker was Sergeant Kerrin Young and the 5th Combat Services Support Battalion provided members for the Catafalque party.

The Australian Defence Force was really impressed with the ceremony and gave credit to the students and applauded the mentoring of the school’s student leaders.

Lest we forget . . . school students participating in the ceremony.
