Dr Darren Morton shared his message of wholistic happiness in a number of media outlets on March 20, completing five interviews in celebration of International Day of Happiness.

Speaking with an estimated total audience in excess of 500,000 listeners across the day, Dr Morton shared key principles from his book Live More Happy.

“It was an exhausting day but a great opportunity to share proven principles that can lift people’s lives,” he says, “and I had some good interactions with presenters on-air and off-air across the day.”

Dr Morton is Course Coordinator of Postgraduate Studies in Lifestyle Medicine at Avondale College of Higher Education and a Fellow of the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine. His Happiness Day began with an appearance on Channel 10’s Studio 10 panel discussion (https://tenplay.com.au/channel-ten/studio-10/extra/season-2018/scientifically-proven-ways-to-live-more-happy).

He was then interviewed on major market radio stations in Perth (6PR) and Melbourne (3AW), and visited the Sydney studios of kids’ radio station Kinderling, talking about happiness within the dynamics of families:

Dr Morton rounded out his media day with an interview on Afternoons on ABC Radio Brisbane.
