Rye with hummus and fetta

    Ingredients

    • 250g wholegrain dark rye bread stick
    • 250g tub hummus
    • 1 cup mixed leaves
    • 2 tablespoons sliced kalamata olives
    • 50g reduced fat fetta, crumbled
    • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

    Method

    1. Cut rye stick into 2.5cm thick slices and spread with hummus.
    2. Combine mixed leaves, olives and fetta, arrange over hummus and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
